Bulawayo DJ for Neverland Music Festival

BULAWAYO DJ Ryan Synth is billed to perform at the Neverland Music Festival in Harare after being voted as one of the best DJs in the country during the Amstel Lite DJ contest.

Now in its second year, the electronic music festival, a clear indication of the growth of the electronic music genre in Zimbabwe, will be held from December 18 to 19 to promote Electro Dance Music (EDM).

EDM is a form of club music which fuses several genres, including techno, house, trance, dubstep, drum and bass, trap, and their respective subgenres.

Synth will perform alongside Harare EDM DJs Callum and Tristen who were also voted to feature on the festival’s main stage.

The DJ said he was excited to be part of the music festival that could catapult his career to greater heights.
