Bulawayo social soccer league explodes into action

THE arrival of the rainy season could result in unplayable grounds, in turn affecting the smooth end to Bulawayo Social Soccer League season.

This was said by Andrea Banda “aka” Dr Banda writing in his weekly column the Bulletin a “Rubble Rouser” which takes stock of events happening within the league.

“With rains upon us one wonders if our beautiful game of football will manage to reach the final without any disruptions. Most of our grounds have poor drainages save for a few venues,” said Banda.

The league is expected to end around mid- December when group winners are going to meet in a mini- tournament which will be used to decide the champions for this season. Last year Stars were the best team after edging Celtics one nil in the final.
