Addressing villagers during the installation ceremony last Wednesday, Chief Masendu said the installation of the new headman is expected to drive development in his area.

“The Second Republic launched Vision 2030 to chart a new transformative and inclusive development agenda to achieve an Empowered and Prosperous Upper Middle-Income Society by 2030,” he said.

Chief Masendu said the area under Headman Mazwaligwe has significant historical background leading to his appointment.
