President Mnangagwa today led a delegation of Cabinet Ministers on a tour of Pricabe Farm in Kwekwe to enable them to have an appreciation of the First Family’s agricultural activities.

This followed a request made by Lands, Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Rural Development Minister Anxious Masuka to allow Government Ministers to draw lessons on how the First Family has utilised agriculture as an economic transformative tool.

Precabe Farm is an epitome of agricultural productivity.

Ministers were shown a thriving wheat and potato crop, as well as various breeds of livestock, including the Ankole from Rwanda.

They also had an opportunity to appreciate the importance of mechanisation as an agent for agricultural development.

President Mnangagwa and the First Lady Dr Auxillia Mnangagwa explained the journey they have travelled from the time they took occupation of the farm to date.
