DESPITE not having played two of the six tournaments on the local Zambezi Tour circuit, Ryan Cairns still remains the man to beat as he tops Order of Merit. Cairns’ dominance on the local scene is unquestionable as he started on a high note in the four events earning himself US$9 667.

Second lace is occupied by Robson Saurombe who, unlike Cairns, has not missed a single tournament and that has earned him US$6 405.
ZPGA president Tongo Charamba, who dominated last season secured third place while the recently crowned Harare Open Champion Dale Howie secured fourth place  ahead of Trainos Muradzikwa.

Ignatious Mketekete the 2011 champion, settled for the sixth slot while Nyasha Muyambo made steady progress but could only settle for seventh. Greg Bentley with two events to his credit was placed eighth.

Cairns, who is taking part in the Nelson Mandela Championship at Mount Edgecombe Country Club had a good start to the event as well.
