Carl Joshua Ncube lands maiden acting role

ON Sunday, Zimbabweans woke up to the announcement of Carl Joshua Ncube’s first acting role.

Carl, a man of many talents, is adding acting onto his CV with the upcoming film titled Just Say Hello, with the production company, Invision Studios announcing the developments on their Instagram account.

Among those scheduled to appear in the movie are Luke Ballantyne, Accidental Smallhouse actor Shaun Munda, Tafadzwa Mativenga and Nyasha Nhongo.

The movie that is under production is being filmed in Harare and will premiere next year.

Carl Joshua says he cherishes the prospect of being in a movie set.

“This will be my first set ever and it’s one I’m looking forward to,” he said.

As to what type of character the comedian will play, he chuckled and gave an enigmatic and comic response.

“Let’s just say that it’s a person I want to be when I grow up. I’m in Harare for the shoot,” said the soon-to-be actor.

Meanwhile, Invision Studios is looking for extras for the set with anyone who is 18 years old and above eligible to audition for the role.
