CCC legislator Caston Mateu thrown out of National Assembly

CCC legislator for Marondera Central Mr Caston Mateu has been thrown out of the National Assembly in the ongoing debate of the Constitutional Amendment Bill No.3.

Mr Mateu was thrown out by the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Cde Tsitsi Gezi for rowdy behaviour after he refused to take his seat following the expiry of his allotted time for debate.

The legislator had to be restrained by fellow CCC legislators before he eventually left the House.
