Celebrate the season with gango

WITH the festive mood in full swing, it is the perfect excuse to shake things up in the kitchen. This recipe is quick, fuss free, and uses just a few simple ingredients so you can spend less time cooking and more time celebrating
Gango is a blend of different kinds of meats simmered to perfection with leafy greens. Experience the richness, tenderness, and freshness in one pot, there is no right or wrong with this dish, you can use any kind of meat you like and any kind of leafy greens.
Ingredients
•Pork belly/beef cut into bite size pieces
•Chicken pieces
•Sausages cut into bite size pieces
•Ox liver cut into bite-size pieces
•Oil
•Salt to taste
•1 medium onion finely chopped
•2 large tomatoes
•Bundle covo or rape veggies, chopped

Do This
•Get your ingredients together
•Heat oil in a pan and add the meat that takes long to cook first in the pan. Fry until beginning to brown and continue to add the other pieces of meat.
•You can season with your favourite seasoning (optional).
•Add salt and onion and fry for a few minutes.
•Add tomato and cook for 3 − 5 minutes or until the tomatoes are well cooked. Add veggies and cook for another 5 minutes. Taste for seasoning and adjust accordingly.
•Best enjoyed with sadza!
