ONE goal from Misheck Katsvairo in the 34th minute was all it took for Chicken Inn to beat Mamelodi Sundowns, a team from  South Africa boasting a strike force that has been scoring for fun in the Absa Premier League.

So good was the goal Pitso Mosimane, the Sundowns coach, admitted after the match that it was a beauty worth to win any match.

It must be acknowledged that Sundowns’ game plan was thrown out the window by the unexpected tight hamstring that saw Khama Billiat, a player that the majority of the impressive crowd that almost filled Babourfields Stadium had come to watch, pulling out before the match had even began.

Being denied the opportunity to watch Billiat was disappointing, but Chicken Inn’s daring and adroit display made up for it.
