Mason Mushore would later find himself with plenty of space inside the box but was let down by his indecision as he eventullaly lost possession before making the final kill.

At the half hour mark, Brian Mlotshwa was lucky to walk away with a yellow card after violent conduct towards the opposition players.
Highlanders coach Pieter De Jongh would be cautioned in the 35th minute after throwing tantrums and kicking the ball, out of play, back into park.

At the stroke of half time, Lynoth Chikuhwa failed to connect with a brilliant Xolani Ndlovu cross.
