ZPC Kariba coach Sunday Chidzambwa has heaped praises on FC Platinum ahead of their Castle Lager Premiership clash this afternoon at Mandava. The veteran coach said the Zvishavane miners deserve their place at the top. “(Norman) Mapeza has got quality and has a big advantage over us besides playing at home,” said Chidzambwa. “He knows most of his players and they have gelled in the past three years he has been with the team.

“He has gone for 28 matches unbeaten in the league and it is not going to be easy for us since we are going to be playing away from home. “I know FC Platinum, they are very strong and that is the reason why they are on top of the log and still unbeaten in the league since last year.”

ZPC Kariba arrived here on Thursday showing they mean business.

Mapeza is enjoying a fine run and has talented players like Tatenda Dzumbunu, Winston Mhango, Gift Bello, captain Petros Mhari, the Zambian Obrey Chirwa and Walter Musona at his disposal.
