Chief Rusike dies

Chief Rusike of Goromonzi, born Mashawe Aaron Muchenje has died. He was 74.
The chief’s death was announced by Goromonzi District Development Coordinator (DDC), Mrs Prisca Dube today.

The late chief died at his homestead at Lot 1 of Liester Waydale Farm in Goromonzi last week after a short illness.

Chief Rusike has since been conferred Liberation Hero status and will be buried on Tuesday next week at his farm.
Mourners are gathered the farm.
