Chimene gets AFCON call up

RUSAPE based referee will be the third Zimbabwean ever to officiate at the continental football showpiece after his name was part of the list of match officials released by the Confederation of African Football (CAF).

The five time Castle Lager Premiership Referee of the Year, who received his latest domestic Premiership award on Friday night, joins Brighton Mudzamiri and Kenias Marange as the only Zimbabweans to officiate at AFCON

He will officiate at AFCON as a Video Assistant Referee (VAR).
