The servicing and development of the suburb is being done by Full Life Open Arms Africa Housing Trust through funding from CBZ, NMB and ZB banks. The workshop was chaired by Masvingo Minister of State and Devolution Mr Ezra Chadzamira.

Deputy Minister of National Housing and Social Amenities Yeukai Simbanegavi, members of the Joint Operations Command (JOC), Rural District Councils (RDCs) Chief Executive Officer (CEOs), Government department heads, business community members and other stakeholders attended the meeting.

Eng Kauma said Chiredzi Town Council also plans to draw water from Tugwi-Mukosi Dam. The town has been getting its water from Mutirikwi River.
