Harare City Council Town Clerk, Engineer Hosiah Chisango, has officially parted ways with the local authority after over three decades of service.

Eng Chisango, who joined the council in 1991, rose through the ranks to become the city’s top administrator.

Speaking during the 1935th ordinary council meeting today, Harare Mayor Jacob Mafume said Eng Chisango, through his lawyers, has advised that he is parting ways with the council amicably and wishes to negotiate his exit package.

“A special negotiating team is now being assembled to determine his exit package,” he said.
