Sports Reporter

LLOYD Chitembwe will take charge of CAPS United’s next two league games while the club search for a replacement substantive coach.

Club president Farai Jere also announced on Monday that former star midfielder Ian Bakala is expected to fly into the country today with the Zambian set to be drafted into the Green Machine technical team.

Jere said the CAPS United coaching backroom staff will also be revamped as part of the measures to try and arrest a slide which has seen the club get off to their worst start in decades.

“Coach Lodza will be in charge in the next two league games while we search for a substantive coach to replace him,” said Jere.

“Ian Bakala is flying into Harare tomorrow (Tuesday) and he is set to become part of our technical staff and we are also set to revamp the technical team’s backroom staff.”
