Chivaviro’s book ideal for youths, couples

commonly asked by people around the world.
Simply titled “Relationships, Marriage and Sex”, the 85-page book emphasises prayer as the basis for strong family relations.
It also addresses mind-boggling questions on relationships, and marital issues whose poor management has seen an upsurge in divorce cases among couples around the world.
Written in simple direct English and with only six chapters, the reader is taken through a short marriage and relationships course which addresses questions beginning with “How can I choose a perfect life partner?” and closes with the sixth last question “‘What then can we do?”.
In this last chapter Apostle Chivaviro makes recommendations on ways to overcome relationship and marital problems faced by different people with help from the scriptures. 
Using his experience as a pastor and an international online counsellor, the book deals with dangers of fornication and adultery, homosexuality, drugs and alcohol, self-control, the sanctity of marriage and its role in shaping people’s lives, the role of sex within a marriage, which are all explained through the Bible.
Published by the Assemblies of Pentecostal Methodist Literature Department, South Africa, the book — which was released to the South African book market on February 28 this year — will soon hit our own book shelves when it is officially launched in Harare before the Easter holiday this year.
Asked what prompted him to write his book, Apostle Chivaviro said being a pastor he was inundated with prayer requests on the issues that he tackled in this book.
“I have also counselled people face to face and online on these issues,” he said.
With his experience Apostle Chivaviro said it became necessary for him to write this book which will benefit a lot of people, both married and unmarried.
“I have developed into an international counsellor online, and this is just one of the many areas where a lot of people all over the world write to me with prayer requests and questions.
“I believe by writing this book a lot of people will be assisted; in fact a lot of relationships and marriages will be strengthened and mended,” said Apostle Chivaviro.
The book “Relationships, Marriage and Sex” is his second publication after his debut book titled “The Devil Exposed” which was published in 2005.
Apart from writing books, Apostle Chivaviro has an interest in arts. He says he loves poetry, a passion he nurtured while he was still at school.
During his days at college and at university, Apostle Chivaviro enjoyed singing gospel music and became an author of Christian books.
Prior to publishing  “Marriage, Relationships and Sex”, Apostle Chivaviro collaborated with some South African artistes in recording a 10-track album titled “To God be the Glory”, which is already being marketed in South Africa.
Among the artistes featured on the album are Buhle Nhlangulela, Zodwa Twecu, Nothando, Thabiso Moloi and Gugu Moyo, who is Zimbabwean.
Apostle Chivaviro and his team will visit Zimbabwe during the Easter holiday to officially launch both his book and the CD to Zimbabweans.
