THE invitation to choreograph at the Miss Icora FM 2023 pageant in South Africa is a major accomplishment for Zimbabwean Crown Hunter, Ishmael Murangandi, who sees it as a testament to his trailblazing work in the arts and fashion industry.
The event is set for Friday in Durban.
Murangandi, who is also the national director of Miss Environment Zim, intends to bring back valuable skills and connections for Zimbabwean queens, having been impressed by the hospitality and creativity he encountered during his South African trip.
A protégé of veteran modelling instructor, Sarah Mpofu, through her Fingers School of Modelling, Murangandi has mentored a number of ramp kings and queens across Zimbabwe.
“This is also a learning experience for me and I will definitely bring back the skills and knowledge acquired in this land of arts and showbiz back home and make connections for my Zimbabwean queens,” he said.
