MINENHLE Moyo and Akeelah Khanye are positive they will do well in next week’s Zonal Championships to take place in Gaborone, Botswana.

Both were chosen by Tennis Zimbabwe to represent the country after consistent performances in national and international events.

The Botswana event has attracted over 10 countries and will see competitive games in both the singles and doubles segments.

Khanye and Moyo will compete in the Under-16 category’s singles and doubles.

Khanye is a former doubles champion in the same competition and will be eager to add the Under-16 girls title after winning the Under-14s gong in 2024 when the event was held in Namibia.
