A HARARE model is in trouble after a weekend of heavy drinking and drug abuse in which she even roamed the streets of a five-star hotel while being naked.
She appeared in court yesterday in the company of her colleague.
It was alleged that model, Tumelo Nare, and her 18-year-old friend, Precious Bango, went on a casual sex spree, with an unnamed man, at a local hotel after abusing cocaine.
The two appeared before Harare magistrate Dennis Mangosi facing a charge of possession of a dangerous drug.
The State said at around 6.30pm on Sunday, the two women started behaving weirdly, walking naked around the hotel.
Delegates attending a meeting at the hotel called the police, who promptly reacted.
The cops recovered 0.2 grammes of cocaine in their hotel room and arrested the two women, while their male friend managed to flee, with all his belongings.
The cocaine has a street value of $16 000.
The two will be back in court today for bail considerations.
