Cop loses US$5 700 to BeForward agent

A BeForward clearing agent has appeared in court for defrauding a police officer of US$5 700 after he was tasked to buy a Honda Fit Hybrid from South Africa last year.
Forget Mguza (37) was remanded in custody pending bail application today.

Mr Thomas Chanakira prosecuted.

Harare magistrate, Mr Dennis Mangosi will hear Mguza’s bail application.

The complainant is 26-year-old Simbarashe Makonese.
