The case was reported at Harare Central Police Station under RRB number 090191.
The complainant is Engineer Anto-ny Parehwa a director of Jockstar In-vestments (Pvt) Ltd, IBI Property and Infrastructure and Unitime Investments.

Muza is a former lawyer of Gutu and Chikowero Legal Practictioners, the law firm that was hired by Assetfin and now he is representing Shopex (Pvt) Ltd.
While at Gutu and Chikowero, Muza allegedly handled cases involving Jockstar and Shopex.

On August 2, he allegedly submitted an attachment of an agreement of cancelletion purpotedly between Jo-ckstar and Shopex in an urgent chamber application.

The complainant says the agreement was fraudulent and it sought to deny or reverse an agreement of sale that was entered by the two parties.
The presentation at the High Court, the complainant said, constitutes misrepresentation. The complainant told police that the agreement of cancellation says no money was paid when in actual fact money was paid.
