Corporate suppliers to converge at Marketers Suppliers Expo

MORE than twenty corporate suppliers and producers are set to converge in Bulawayo for a Marketers Suppliers Expo (MASXPO) which is meant to provide an opportunity for organisations to showcase their brands, increase visibility and create synergies for professional growth.

Hosted by the Marketers Association of Zimbabwe (MAZ) the expo will run from 30 to 31 March under the theme: ‘Grab the opportunity, Breakout!’

Head Marketing and Operations, Ms Enia Zimunya said the expo will give suppliers an opportunity to lure business for the upcoming Zimbabwe International Trade Fair.

“The Marketing Services Expo (MASXPO) is the ultimate Marketing Promotions trade exhibition and is meant to provide an opportunity to showcase one’s organisation’s products and services, to increase brand visibility mileage, grow your customer base and create synergies for professional growth.

This is targeted at the marketing services suppliers and related services, in branding, design, print, hiring, décor, lighting, travel and tourism, corporate clothing, media and catering.”

According to Mrs Zimunya, they expect to attract more participants for Bulawayo-based providers in Bulawayo in a bid to expose them to firms that may seek their services during the annual ZITF.

MAZ is a membership driven body whose mandate is to uplift the marketing profession and has grown over the years to be recognised by both industry and Government.

It has over 200 corporate members and about 1 200 individual members drawn from different sectors of the economy,” said Ms Zimunya.
