The Week 22 programme will see six matches taking place across various venues in Bulawayo, while three fixtures have been postponed.
Simbisa will be looking to continue their impressive run when they face Hope at Gifford A Arena after an emphatic 5-0 victory over Zesa in Week 21.
The result was one of the biggest wins of the previous round, with Simbisa producing a dominant display to underline their attacking strength.
Evergold were also among the big winners last weekend after thrashing Grills 6-1, and they will now face Proton at Mandawanda High School.
Chibuku, who also enjoyed a convincing 6-0 victory over Proton last weekend, will meet Grills at Induna Youth Centre.
Rydings Auto, fresh from a 3-0 victory over Coca-Cola, will take on Zimtile at Maboneng, while Value Gas will face Overnight at Marisha.
