WARD 16 Harare West Councillor Denford Ngadziore has described the Ashdown Park Extension eviction dispute as most unfortunate, saying desperate home seekers are bearing the greatest burden.
In an interview, Clr Ngadziore called for a comprehensive and independent forensic audit of all documents, records, transactions and court judgments related to the matter.
“We should demand a comprehensive, independent forensic audit of all documents, records, transactions and court judgments,” he said.
He said the audit should be conducted in collaboration with the Judicial Service Commission and the Law Society of Zimbabwe.
“The conduct of all those involved in this matter, along with any alleged cartel targeting or exploiting underprivileged home seekers, must be thoroughly investigated.
“Someone somewhere must account where wrongdoing is established,” he said.
