CS take relegation battle to Khami

Innocent Kurira, Sports Reporter
CS Distributors take their relegation survival fight to struggling Khami United in the Zifa Bulawayo Province Division Two league tomorrow.

The two teams are at the bottom three and satisfy all relegation conditions at the moment.

Both teams will be hoping that Lady Luck smiles at them so they can begin to claw out of the drop zone.

CS Distributors have 17 points from 22 games and are third from the bottom of the table while Khami are second from the bottom in the 16-team table with 11 points off 21 games.

CS Distributors’ major downfall has been failure to be consistent. In their last game, they held table toppers Toronto to a 1-1 draw, a confidence booster going into the game against Khami.

CS Distributors manager Ambrose Mandipuyana has made it clear that his team wants to survive relegation.

His side is three points adrift of the safety zone, which keeps their dream alive. They will bank on Vusa Masina and Brendon Kanombirira to lead them to victory.

Meanwhile, Chicken Inn return to action tomorrow after their game last weekend was postponed.

They take on Magwegwe-based outfit White Birds in a potential thriller slated for Marisha.
