CYCLONE IDAI: Victoria Falls tour operators dispatch helicopter and rafting guides to Chimanimani

Tour operators in Victoria Falls have dispatched a helicopter and rafting guides to help rescue victims of Cyclone Idai in Chimanimani.

The cyclone has left 104 people dead, over 500 people missing, businesses, homes and schools destroyed.

Four rafting companies dispatched 15 rafting guides who will use kayaks while a six-seater helicopter departed the resort town Wednesday morning for Chimanimani for the rescue mission.
