Dancehall producer enters gospel terrain

Renowned dancehall Producer T Man of Mt Zion music stable entered the enchanted zone of gospel music after a singer under his stable Kebualemang Hove, recently released her debut album titled “Kudzoyashe”. The album which features prominent gospel artistes Mathias Mhere and Alvern Zhou has been getting spins from local radio stations since its release.T Man has worked with a number of leading local musicians including Freeman, Killer T, Stunner among other leading acts in the contemporary circuit and is confident that his latest project will be as popular as most of the past releases from his stable.

“Working with Kee was a good experience. It was different from most of the artistes I am used to working with, the award nominated producer said.

Asked on whether his new alignment would not place him out of favour with the dancehall faithful Man said that he has always transcended genres and those who know him truly will not be shocked.

Hove also praised the producer who in her own words, “made the learning process easier through his patience and support”.

She also revealed how she was sceptical to pursue a career in music prior to her starting her recording but later on found out that she feels at home in a studio.

The album carries 10 songs with “Rudo Rwashe” and “Ndimi Mwari” Remix featuring Mathias Mhere promising to be big owing to their high tempo and rich messages which have charecterised most hit songs in the gospel scene.
