Authenticity: A woman who is unapologetically herself, without pretences or trying to be someone she is not.
Growth mindset: Someone open to learning, growing, and evolving together.
Considerate, appreciative of his efforts: Someone who appreciates and does not nag
Tips for women
Be yourself: Authenticity is key. Do not try to be someone you are not on it will come back to bite you.
Communicate openly: Share your thoughts,your beliefs, feelings, and desires.
Observe actions: Pay attention to his actions, not just words.
