Delta Corporation empowers future leaders through 2025 bursary programme

Delta Corporations yesterday added another number to the beneficiaries of the annual bursary program.

The program has to date assisted over 1 200 students in supporting vulnerable students ensuring they receive the financial and academic assistance needed to excel.

Since its inception, the Delta Corporation has made a remarkable impact by providing students with the resources and support necessary to pursue their academic dreams.

This initiative has significantly improved attendance, retention, and transition rates across secondary, and tertiary levels.

Speaking at the award ceremony held at Mandel Training Centre, Patricia Murambinda, General Manager, Corporate Affairs, encouraged the winners to work hard and uphold their values.

“At Delta, we believe that education is the foundation of a brighter future not just for individuals but for communities and the nation at large.

“That is why we remain committed to investing in young, talented individuals like you, who have demonstrated exceptional dedication, perseverance, and potential.

“This bursary is more than just financial support; it is a partnership between you and Delta Corporation.

“We are investing in your dreams because we believe that your success will contribute to the growth and development of our society.

“We trust that you will use this opportunity to excel in your studies and develop the skills necessary to become leaders in your respective fields,” she said.

The bursary scheme covers tuition fees for beneficiaries as well as their stationery and other educational needs.

Murambinda said Delta Corporation will continue to support and guide students as they are look forward to witnessing growth and achievements in the years to come.

“As you embark on this academic journey, I encourage you to work hard, remain disciplined, and uphold the values of excellence, integrity, and innovation. These are the same principles that drive us at Delta Corporation.

“Remember, challenges will arise, but your determination and resilience will define your path to success.
