The deadly trio of Bright Ndlovu, Cephas Chambukeni and Proud Moyo as well as linkman Alexander Mushayi are under consideration.
Thabo Sibanda and Tatenda Makusha are wanted by Bulawayo Premiership side Chicken Inn.
All the six players are in the academy’s Under-18 squad and were spotted during a Community Sport Development Programme (CSDP) soccer tournament at Emakhandeni Grounds in October last year.
In an interview, the technical director of the academy Morris Mukwiti confirmed that four of his players may soon be joining Dynamos and the other two were likely to join Chicken Inn.
“It is true that Bright, Cephas, Proud and Alexander may be going to Dynamo. A scout from Harare was here last year and he was impressed by the boys’ performance.
“What I can say is that this club from Harare could be signing these boys to play for their Under-19 team with the idea of drafting them into the senior team later.
“They are very good players who can make the grade in any team in the Premier League. I can assure you that these boys will certainly go places because they have the talent and the will power to succeed,” said Mukwiti.
“Yes Thabo and Tatenda are wanted by a team here in Bulawayo and they will soon go for trials and I have faith in them that they will make the grade,” said Mukwiti.
Asked if losing some of his key players would not weaken his Under-18 team, Mukwiti said he was happy and cannot close the door on anyone whenever an opportunity arises. “Actually I am happy that our academy is grooming this country’s future stars. My idea was to play in the Zifa Bulawayo Province Division Two this year but we cannot due to lack of sponsorship”.
