DYNAMOS Football Club will receive a brand new bus from philanthropist Wicknell Chivhayo despite failure to win the Harare derby at Rufaro on Sunday.
The promise from Sir Wicknell was that he would give them the luxury bus on condition they win, but they lost 2-1.
On Monday Sir Wicknell made an announcement on his Facebook page saying he appreciates the love shown by Dynamos.
“I will still proceed with purchasing a brand new 65-seater bus for Dynamos. In addition, I will also give the players US$50 000 for trying hard as motivation and encouragement, despite the defeat,” he said.
