Dhewa to rekindle romance with fans

countrywide tour to reignite his romance with his fans.
Squashing rumours on his alleged ill-health, Dhewa said he had just taken time off the stage to go for routine check ups.
“I had gone for a routine check up, I am fine and raring to go,” he said in a telephone interview from his base this week.
He has since lined up two shows this weekend in Kadoma and Harare.
Tonight Dhewa will rock Kadoma, when he takes his act to the Grand Hotel.
He will share the stage with the rising Chitungwiza bassist Roderick Chomudhara, reputed for steering the Tembo Brothers ship after John Chibadura passed on.
And just to prove to his fans that he is fit, Dhewa will tomorrow night thrill fans at the Extra Mile Leisure Centre along Masvingo Road, where most of the revellers are expected to be tobacco farmers, who are on cloud nine, thanks to their tobacco sales.
