Division Two league enters Week Three

THE Bulawayo Province Division Two League enters week three with newly promoted sides Saints Academy and Zenzele Tigers clashing at Sotshangane ground this afternoon.

Saints Academy will be hoping to atone for their last week’s 1-0 defeat at the hands of table toppers Ajax Hotspurs while Zenzele Tigers will be looking for their second straight win in the league.

Zenzele Tigers coach Garion Nyathi said they are ready to upset their opponents.

“The guys have prepared very well for the match and we are ready for the challenge. Last week we had a bye as our opponents had financial difficulties so the guys are fit and there are no injuries. I know this won’t be an easy game because these guys know each other very well so we expect a tough encounter,” said Nyathi.

Meanwhile, Ajax Hotspurs will be hoping to continue with their unbeaten run in the league when they visit CIWU at Eveline High School.

Ajax have so far been enjoying a purple patch and are one of the two teams that are yet to lose since the start of the season having played two games.

The other team yet to taste a defeat in the league is second placed Mpopoma Pirates who will be visiting Toronto at Pumula East Garage. They have six points from two outings.
