Dynamos out to revive title bid

Dynamos vice-captain Emmanuel Jalai says they are aiming to collect maximum points in their game against Cranborne Bullets when they clash in a Castle Lager Premiership match at Nyamhunga, Kariba on Saturday.

A goalless draw against Simba Bhora at Barbourfields on Sunday derailed Dynamos’ hopes of reviving their title hopes.

Now they are under pressure to bounce back and collect all points against Nesbert Saruchera’s Bullets who are in a desperate battle for survival.

Jalai understands the task ahead.

“We are coming from a draw and we would like to pick all three points. We are working as a team, working towards getting the three points that we all want.

“We are trying to improve the team so that we could get better performance in the next game,” he said.

Jalai earned his 100th cap for Dynamos during last Sunday’s match at B/F.

“It’s something that makes me happy. To be recognised with the club, it is something that requires a lot of hard work.

“I know being a regular player is something that is not easy but I want to thank the coaches for trusting me. I want to do all I can to make sure that I earn my place in the team and I am ready to do what’s expected of me.

“I am looking forward to playing more games with my team and winning. And also getting accolades, it’s all about hard work, I will work hard to achieve more success.

“It won’t be any easy I know but now I am trying to doing well,” he said

He added:

“The goal is always the same for me, to get as much game time as I can and to help my team achieve its targets.”
