ED Mnangagwa Clinic commissioned in Chivi

Chivi central’s health delivery system received a major boost today following the commissioning of ED Mnangagwa Clinic in Shokoni communal lands, a development that dovetails with the Second Republic’s mantra of leaving no one and no place behind.

The state-of-the-art clinic was built by businessman and Zanu PF member Cde Jimayi Muduvuri who was born in Shokoni before his family relocated to Gokwe when he was a toddler.

Vice President Kembo Mohadi, who was represented by Masvingo Provincial Affairs and Devolution Minister Ezra Chadzamira commissioned the clinic.

Cde Muduvuri also donated an ambulance to the new clinic.

VP Mohadi paid tribute to Cde Muduvuri for his benevolence saying the new clinic dovetails with President Mnangagwa’s Vision 2030 mantra.

Chronicling the history behind his decision to build the health facility, Cde Muduvuri narrated how he was helped by President Mnangagwa after he was involved in a serious road accident that left him disabled.

He said the decision to build a clinic in Shokoni was motivated by President Mnangagwa’s kindness that saw him footing his medical bills in South Africa.

At that time the President was still a Cabinet minister.
