Education Minister Torerai Moyo conducts school visits in Bulawayo to enforce ministry guidelines

PRIMARY and Secondary Education Minister Torerai Moyo is touring Bulawayo schools today together with senior officials from the Ministry.

He has arrived at Charleston Trust Primary School and will also be visiting St Columba’s High School.

Since schools opened for the first term the Minister has been visiting schools across the country.

Minister Moyo is expected to address school heads in Bulawayo to ensure that they adhere to the ministry’s guidelines.

When schools opened for the first term, the Government raised concerns that some schools were defying regulations including sending away pupils for non-payment of fees as well as withholding results for candidates.
