Eleana Makombe back in studio, set to launch foundation

Arts Reporter

United Kingdom-based Zimbabwean gospel songstress Eleana Makombe is in the country, recording music with some of the top local and regional artists.
Eleana attended Baba Harare’s album launch, where she confirmed the latest development.
She also highlighted that she has other projects.

“I have been in Harare for almost two weeks and I am here for two things, music and business,” said Eleana.
“I am in the studio with some reputable musicians, both local and regional.
“Due to contractual obligations, I cannot share details of the parties I am working with but you will know when the singles come out soon. I am also going to launch my foundation before I return to the United Kingdom.”

Eleana is known for staging the ‘Grateful’ concerts in the UK and this year she hinted that she was bringing the Zimbabwe version.
“I can confirm that Grateful Zimbabwe is happening and starting next week we will be releasing some of the top acts I will be sharing the stage with.”
