Elections do-or-die

Speaking during the official launch of the Madlala Welfare Trust in Macingwane area, Mangwe, on Saturday, Cde Khaya Moyo urged Zimbabweans to register to vote.
“We are heading for the elections as we are almost through with the constitution which you as a nation voted for and there is no reverse on that. This year’s election is as crucial as that of 1980 where we came out in large numbers with one cause which was to secure the liberation which we toiled to attain.

“This year’s election is a do or die and that is why it is important that we go out in large numbers and get registered and vote for Zanu-PF to ensure victory.
“We have said to hell with this unity government which has been nothing but a setback to the country’s development, as it has only brought confusion,” he said.

Cde Khaya Moyo said all the 13 seats in Matabeleland province should  return to Zanu-PF where they belonged.
He alleged that the MDC MPs had squandered money meant to develop the province.
“The seat of the President should go back to Zanu-PF and all 13 seats within the province of Matabeleland South should all go to the party.”
