Ellie Goulding raises eyebrows

SHE raised eyebrows when she rocked a rather revealing outfit for her performance on “The X Factor” on Sunday night. But Ellie Goulding discovered the perils of her daring sheer ensemble as she suffered a wardrobe malfunction while leaving the 2013 Attitude Awards on Tuesday evening.

After sporting two racy outfits for the star-studded ceremony and after-party at London’s Royal Courts of Justice, the 26-year-old singer sped away in the taxi looking a little worse for wear.

Appearing a tad bleary-eyed as she slumped down in her seat, the “Burn” hitmaker certainly looked as if she’d enjoyed herself on her night out on the town.

Unfortunately for Ellie, her revealing sheer minidress became her downfall – with the bandeau part of her outfit slipping down to reveal a little too much in the cleavage department.

Struggling to preserve her modesty as she headed home for the evening, the Herefordshire-born beauty attempted to yank up her dress as she discovered she was flashing rather a lot of flesh.

Continuing her current penchant for daring ensembles, Ellie switched into a plunging black strapless number featuring revealing cutaway detail and sheer sleeves.

Barely covering her curves, the dress proved to be a fashionable, if brave, choice with its striking gold piping around the shoulders and collars.

Never one to go under the radar, the singer arrived at the awards ceremony wearing another daring gown as she posed up a storm on the red carpet.

Ellie arrived at the showbiz bash rocking a black Roberto Cavalli embellished chiffon dress with cutaway sides to show off her alabaster skin.

Featuring a soaring thigh-high split, the beaded gown showed off the star’s toned pins as she pouted up a storm on the red carpet.
She wore a similarly racy number for her performance on the “X Factor” on Sunday, when she sported a golden Julien MacDonald dress with sheer side panelling.

Her “X Factor” dress, which was met with mixed reviews from viewers, had originally been seen on Beyoncé in a monochrome promotional shot for her recent Mrs Carter World Tour.

However, that didn’t stop Ellie going for an equally racy number for the gay lifestyle magazine’s awards on Tuesday night.
And she certainly seemed to be ready for Halloween with the Gothic-inspired dress.

Earlier in the day, Ellie tweeted: “A lot of love from everyone on twitter today! Thank you for this – because last night I had nightmares about killer spiders again”.

She wasn’t the only one feeling the witching hour as Myleene Klass, Abbey Crouch and Laura Whitmore all opted for black dresses as they attended the Attitude Awards.

But worrying about the fashion police is the least of Ellie’s concern as she is currently on a UK tour to promote her latest sophomore album Halcyon Days.

Meanwhile, her single “How Long Will I Love You” has been chosen for the next “Children in Need” song, set for release on November 10.
“I’ve grown up watching BBC ‘Children in Need’ so it’s fantastic that I’m doing this year’s single!’ Ellie said of the honour.
“It is an emotional song, but in a really positive way, and I’ve been completely blown away                                                                                                               with the positive reaction it’s had already.” -Daily Mail.
