Entertainment redefined at Upper Lounge

waiters and waitresses all looked friendly and professional, the mature crowd gazed at the big plasma television screens on the wall, I looked at the menu and a great selection of cocktails.
The rebranded Upper Lounge is now operating under the catch line “entertainment redefined.”

“We will pursue an innovative route on entertainment and we have a bagful of brilliant ideas to thrill Harare, not forgetting the entire Zimbabwe, which is currently starved of entertainment,” said Henry Mujaji, the new manager at the joint.
To the few that are not familiar with the spot; arriving in the car park one would think they have made a wrong turn.

Patrons have a choice of sitting at the bar and watching a game of football or relax on the couches.
He said Upper Lounge was re-establishing itself at the top of the night spot chain as it embarks on an aggressive drive to bring back its loyal patrons as well as welcoming on board newcomers.
Entertainment begins on Wednesday evening which is merely serving as a re-introduction to the people.

Highlights of the evening are a special appearance by DJ Jerry Springer, and free tequila shots at the door for the ladies.
Saturday night DJ Dude will be in the house and you will have a feel of the best combination of house, afro-centric and old school music.

Mujaji said Upper Lounge has created an atmosphere where without knowing one can spend an entire weekend.
Besides, gigs, there is a host of live shows lined up at the joint featuring the likes of Mic Inity, Winky D and Oliver Mtukudzi as a solo performer.
For those seeking a night of fun, the party continues at the Lounge.
