POPULAR preacher Sam Marufu better known as Evangelist Marufu, who was accused of cyber bullying, has challenged his accusers to prove he is the one behind alleged offending text on Facebook.
He was at the Harare Magistrate’s Court this morning with his lawyer Mr Admire Rubaya who challenged his accusers Rotina Mafume Musara, Alasia Mbiriri and Perseverance Muzeya to prove that Marufu was the one behind their alleged social media harassment.
The dispute arose when Marufu allegedly made comments against the trio on a video they recorded.
His lawyer demanded that there be a cyber report and another report from Facebook to prove he was the one behind the posting.
Prosecutors could not proceed without the cyber report and directed the police to conduct further investigations.
Hence the matter did not appear in court.
