FORMER Castle Lager Premier Soccer League champions Chicken Inn have appointed their ex-players Guide Goddard, Ben Nyaunzvi and Danny Phiri as their developmental club coaches.
Goddard, who was last season with the first team, will be the Gamecocks developmental team head coach. His first assistant will be Nyaunzvi and Phiri will be second assistant.

The Gamecocks recently made changes to the technical team which saw them part ways with veteran gaffer Joey Antipas and goalkeepers coach Energy Murambadoro among other members of their technical team.
“We have so far introduced our technical teams that will be driving both the senior team and the development side. We are happy and excited about these appointments which bring a lot of experience, exposure and knowledge to the squad,” said Chicken Inn media officer Brighton Ncube.
He added: “2026 season is a season like no other, we are making football attractive and exciting and Chicken Inn FC is one of the teams to watch”.
