A 19-year-old man from Bulawayo who was found with a Zimbabwe School Examinations Council (Zimsec) Ordinary Level examination paper recently appeared in court on charges of violating the Zimbabwe School Examinations Council Act.

David Chipendo a Form Four pupil at Herentals College was allegedly found in possession of the November 2022 Combined Science Paper 2.

That is to say David Chipendo was found with a paper with prepared answers handwritten on it for the November 2022 Combined Science Paper 2 that was being written thereby contravening the said Act,” said Ms Mashazhu.

Chipendo was remanded out of custody to 23 December for continuation of trial after paying a $20 000 bail.
