Chronicle Reporter

The family of Mr Mpumelelo Duduza and Ms Sikhangele Ndlovu is pleading for information to locate their missing loved ones and their two young children. The couple and their children have been unaccounted for in recent days, causing distress within their community.

A concerned relative, who wished to remain anonymous, revealed that they suspect the disappearance of the family may be connected to reports that Sikhangele had come under scrutiny due to her volunteer work at Caritas Bulawayo.

There are suspicions that her activities with the organization may have been misconstrued as involvement in activism for the Citizens Coalition for Change.

The relative informed us that neighbours in Pelandaba West, where the family resides, reported that the couple’s house was raided by the police. Since then, there has been no communication from Mr Duduza and Ms Ndlovu.

Expressing deep concern for the safety and well-being of the missing family, the relative stated, “We have been trying to reach out to them, but their phones are not going through. We fear that they might be in danger, especially considering the circumstances surrounding their disappearance. We urge anyone with information on their whereabouts to come forward and assist us in locating them.”

The relative revealed that they had searched hospitals and prisons but had failed to locate them hence their worry on the safety of the family

As the search for the missing family intensifies, the community remains on edge, hoping for a swift resolution to this troubling situation.
