Social media was buzzing after popular social media content creator, Olinda Chapel issued a lengthy public apology following her viral public fallout with Kelsea Tafirenyika and the shocking actions involving Dyonne.
Fans have been divided, but many are calling the apology a “wake-up call” and a lesson learned for the embattled star.
The drama reportedly started after a personal fallout between Olinda and Kelsea, which escalated into a storm of offensive, disrespectful language, swearing, and name-calling, all played out in the public eye.

She wrote: “I deeply regret the harm, disrespect, and distress I caused Kelsea… I humbly ask for her forgiveness.”
The apology went even further, addressing her treatment of Dyonne, which fans say shocked many.
Olinda confessed to using demeaning and insulting language, spreading false information, and publicly sharing content involving Dyonne without her consent, actions that she admits were completely unjustified.
Most seriously, Olinda admitted to interfering with Dyonne’s child, trying to influence how the child appeared on social media, and even suggesting the child be kept away from Dyonne.
She described these actions as “wrong on every level” and expressed deep shame, stating: “No one has the right to interfere with a parent’s bond with their child. I failed Dyonne, her child, and her family, and I am truly sorry.”
Olinda also clarified that the fallout was never about a man, and she apologized to all other parties who may have been affected, admitting that any disrespect, intentional or not, caused harm and deserved recognition.
Fans have reacted strongly to the apology. Some hailed it as a mature step, praising Olinda for finally taking accountability, with comments like:
“Finally a lesson learned!” and “Owning your mistakes publicly is hard but necessary.” Others, however, reminded her that words alone are not enough, especially given the emotional harm caused to Dyonne and her child.
