Zimpapers Sports Hub
ZIMPAPERS has announced the winners of its Predict and Win Competition that was run ahead of the Castle Lager Premier Soccer League match between Highlanders FC and Dynamos FC played at Barbourfields Stadium in Bulawayo on Sunday.

Thousands of football fans participated in the competition, predicting the outcome of Zimbabwe’s biggest football fixture, which ended in a 1-1 draw. The winners were selected from participants who had correctly predicted that the match would end in a stalemate.

To enter the competition, participants had to buy a copy of either The Chronicle, The Herald or H-Metro, cut out the competition form, fill it in with their details and predictions, and drop it off at the nearest Zimpapers office in Bulawayo, Harare, Gweru and Mutare. Participants could enter as many times as they wanted.

The competition, which sought to enhance fan engagement around the highly anticipated encounter, saw lucky winners walking away with prizes sponsored by Road Wolf, Stay Afrique and Pub Lagondola.
