Farewell show for Jah Prayzah

Entertainment Reporter
A lot is expected on Thursday as musicians bid farewell to Jah Prayzah at Dandaro Inn in the capital ahead of his United Kingdom tour. Suluman Chimbetu and Hebert Majeke will join hands with a number of upcoming musicians for the farewell show.

The musician is set to perform in London next week where he will share the stage with Oliver Mtukudzi and Tocky Vibes.

If the response to Jah Prayzah’s new album is anything to by, then he is set to record another success story like what he did with “Tsviriyo”.

His manager, Keen Mushapaidze, said they were looking forward to a great show as they unveil their new stuff to fans in the Diaspora.

“We have been invited to perform in Leicester at a place called Mahre Centre and we are happy that we will be unveiling our new stuff to our fans there,” said Mushapaidze.

“It is an honour for the band to represent Zimbabwe. ‘‘We are going to give our best at the show,” he said.

Joe Nyamungoma who is Chimbetu’s publicist called on their fans to come in numbers to bid farewell to Jah Prayzah.
