Delight Chizororo (20) also known as Lady Spaction is anA emerging andA committed female Zim Dancehall artiste from Bulawayo currently studying towards a Media and Cultural Studies degree at the Great Zimbabwe University (GUZ).

She has always had a thing for music but her initial bid was in gospel but in came the year 2014 and she flexed a bit, tried this and that before landing on Zim Dancehall.

With a few street titles of freestyle battles under her belt, she has what it takes to put Bulawayoas female Zim Dancehall artistes on the national grid, so she claims.

a?Thereas been questions why Bulawayo is isolated from the Zim Dancehall arena. The news is, Iam the answer to that,a? said Lady Spaction.

She just dropped a single titled WakanganwaseiA (How did you forget) last week and she promises a full length album soon.

a?My music is going to be different because I donat want to release bubblegum stuff. Thatas the case with most artistes in the genre,a? she added.

No music on bragging about how she stole so and soas boyfriend or cellphone. Instead, she intends to send creative and didactic messages to the world.

a?I want my music to capture the hearts of many through meaningful sounds. My main target is women and the young in particular,a? she emphasized.

Itas not as smooth as she portrays it. Thereas resistance back home.

a?I face many challenges like lack of support from my family because they think that doing Zim Dancehall as a woman automatically means that Ia m a druggy,a? she said.
