First Suppliers Expo begins on Thursday

Expo follows in the footsteps of the Advertising and Publicity Club’s annual Media Expo, which traditionally attracts a large number of visitors.

In a statement, the chairman of the club, Mr Oscar Manduku, said the expo was a new idea and they were expecting a high turnout of both suppliers and buyers.
“We run an annual Media Expo and this has proved successful, so we are introducing a Suppliers Expo as a result of popular demand.

“The exhibition will take the format of a one-on-one trade exhibition and we are expecting a high turnout of our suppliers,” said Mr Manduku
According to the organisers, the main purpose of the expo is to provide a communication, sales and marketing platform to all suppliers of products and services to business and other organisations, especially management and staff members involved in the fields of marketing, sales, advertising and public relations

Targeted exhibitors include organisations or business people providing products and services that will be of particular value and interest to people involved in sales, marketing, communications, advertising agencies, photographers, film production houses and stationery firms.

Mr Manduku said everyone is invited to visit the exhibition since it is a social networking forum for people working in the advertising, marketing and sales fields.
“This is not an exhaustive list and we are inviting everyone in the targeted market to come and see what is on offer from suppliers,” he said.
